Cancellation Policy

 “We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

-> If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded

-> You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of appointment.

-> If you reschedule over 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

-> If you do not show for your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will risk not being able to rebook with us again.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.”
