Terms and Conditions of Services
Consultations
Here at Hello Aesthetic Limited, Consultations are complimentary and are available as online consults and in person. We are here to assess your suitability for treatment, educate and inform you of treatments available to you, pre and post care and what the benefits vs risks are. Consultations are important as this is where we both can communicate our expectations of treatment results and establish a treatment plan going forward. The length of consultations vary from 30-40mins depending on the treatments and questions you may have.
Consultations are available for:
• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal fillers
• Profhilo
• Bespoke skincare regimen – Dermadividual
Online Bookings
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your online booking. The deposit is redeemable on your treatment on the day.
– We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time.
-We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 10 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule or reschedule. Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you may risk losing your deposit.
– For safety reasons, we politely ask our clients to reschedule their appointments if during the last 24 hours they have experienced symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, high fever and/or chills.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
– If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded
– You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of appointment.
– If you reschedule over 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
– If you do not show for your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will risk not being able to rebook with us again.
Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
Cosmetic Injectables
All Cosmetic Injectable treatments require a thorough consultation with our Cosmetic Injector. We reserve the rights to refuse any treatments to anyone under the age of 18; who is deems medically unfit or have a medical history that is deemed unsafe to be treated; anyone who is pregnant, within 3 months of trying to conceive and breastfeeding; if the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, or the
treatment is deemed unnecessary, or unwarranted by our Registered Nurse or Standing Order Doctor.
At every single scheduled treatment appointment every client will be examined, assessed and consulted by our Registered Nurse, irrespective of pre-payment or prior appointments.
Product Packages can only be used for one appointment for one client. Products/ Packages will not be and cannot be split over appointments.
Before and After Photos
Hello Aesthetic would like to gather resources such as photographic images, written testimonials, video and or audio from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material. These images and resources will contain information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, as such; it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it. If chosen, you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the resources by Hello Aesthetic Limited, both now and in the future.
Through the signed consent, Hello Aesthetic Limited will be granted the right to use the resources on such materials, as it deems appropriate, cropped or marked. This includes and is not limited to websites, the Internet, newsletters, publications, radio, television and newspapers etc.
By signing the consent form, or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release and forever discharge Hello Aesthetic Limited, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographic images, written testimonials, video and or audio, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the photographic images, written testimonials, video and or audio.
Refunds – Cosmetic Treatments
Due to the nature of cosmetic injectables, we reserve the right to refuse a remedy or refund if you do not notify us of an adverse reaction or unsatisfactory result within four weeks of your treatment.
Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable except if you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment or it is deemed unsafe/unethical or/and unnecessary.

We reserve the right to not refund or remedy if you do not book in or attend your scheduled review appointment in person (2 weeks post treatment for antiwrinkle and up to 4 -6 weeks for Dermal Filler).Additionally, We also reserve the right to provide a remedy including but not limited to massage of dermal filler to dissipate lumps or unevenness; top-up injections of anti-wrinkle treatments; and/or further follow up consultations, in lieu of dissolving and re-treating dermal filler areas, or a full or partial refund.
Babies and Children
For Health & Safety reasons, babies or children (defined as under 16 years of age) can not accompany you to your appointment.
Products
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, refund will only be processed for unopened and still in packaging skincare within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Gift Cards
Gift vouchers can be used within 12months from date of purchase. If not used within the time period given, the remaining amount with be forfeit to Hello Aesthetic Limited.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemable for services and products offered at Hello Aesthetic Limited and cannot be exchanged for cash but does not guaranteed services will be performed if unsafe/unsuitable to receive certain treatments.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
